Kokedama Workshop

KOKEDAMA, meaning moss ball, is A STYLE OF JAPANESE BOTANIC ART that takes presentational aesthetics outside the box. Kokedama is made by TRANSFERRING YOUR PLANT OUT OF ITS POT and into a ball of soil held together with MOSS AND STRING.

For The Last Weekend, WILDER QUARTERLY will take this tradition a step further by leading participants in creating STRING GARDENS  by SUSPENDING THESE LITTLE GREEN WORLDS IN THE AIR. It’s a great way to bring the outdoors inside. String gardens are simple and fun to make, and really…tie a room together.
